Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s market presence. • Monitor performance, provide coaching and support to the sales team. • Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and property owners. • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities. • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Dubai’s real estate market. • 2+ years of proven managerial or team-lead experience. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. • Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales goals. • Deep knowledge of Dubai property laws and RERA regulations. • RERA certification and valid UAE driving license preferred.
