Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager to lead and manage our B2B sales & Operations initiatives in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and expanding our corporate client base. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales management, excellent leadership skills, and an in-depth understanding of the Qatari market.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and implement a strategic B2B & B2C sales plan to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
    • Identify and penetrate new business opportunities with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other relevant B2B partner.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt and refine sales strategies.

Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key corporate clients.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for B2B accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling One Vasco's full suite of services.

Team Leadership & Management:

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team and Ops team
    • Set individual and team sales targets and provide regular performance feedback and coaching.
    • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Reporting & Analysis:

    • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
    • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate performance insights.
    • Manage the sales budget and ensure cost-effective operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.


Experience:

    • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management role.
    • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of the Qatari business landscape and established professional network is highly preferred.
    • Experience in the travel, hospitality, or visa services industry is a significant advantage.

Skills:

    • Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
    • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • High proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Those with Arabic language skills preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
