Roles & Responsibilities

The Sales Manager DAZU Realty will lead developer acquisition, manage the sales cycle, build strong relationships with decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Finance Managers, Sales Directors), and drive revenue growth through consultative selling of our platform.

This role blends enterprise sales, solution consulting, and partnership development. You will be responsible for pipeline generation, pitching product demos, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring smooth handover to implementation and customer success teams.

1. Business Development & Pipeline Generation

  • Identify and target priority real estate developers (small, mid-size, and enterprise).
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through outreach, referrals, and industry networking.
  • Conduct market research to identify new segments, upcoming developments, and partnership opportunities.

2. Sales Cycle Management

  • Lead discovery calls to understand developer needs.
  • Present DAZU Realty demos tailored to business challenges (ATS, collections, NPV pricing engine, reconciliation automation, etc.).
  • Prepare proposals, pricing models, and commercial agreements.
  • Negotiate terms in alignment with DAZU s pricing strategy and compliance guidelines.

3. Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Build relationships with key decision-makers at developers, including CEOs, CFOs, Head of Sales, and Finance Directors.
  • Position DAZU as a strategic technology partner, not just a vendor.
  • Work closely with internal teams to customize solutions where needed.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Provide feedback to product teams on market insights and requested features.
  • Support Marketing with case studies, testimonials, and events.

5. Revenue & Sales Targets

  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Manage forecasts and CRM updates accurately and consistently.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must-Have

  • 5+ years in enterprise/B2B sales, ideally SaaS, fintech, proptech, or ERP.
  • Experience selling to real estate developers or large enterprises in Egypt.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to conduct data-driven conversations and articulate ROI and efficiency benefits.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with real estate ATS systems, CRM, ERP, or payment platforms.
  • Understanding of NPV pricing, cashflow management, and collections workflows.
  • Network within real estate development companies.
