The Sales Manager – Wastewater Treatment Chemicals is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence across the MENA region. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the successful promotion of wastewater treatment chemical solutions. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets across the MENA region. • Identify and pursue new opportunities in municipal, industrial, and commercial wastewater sectors. • Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, EPC contractors, and industrial clients. • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and customer needs. • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals. 2. Customer & Account Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts. • Provide technical advice and product recommendations. • Manage contract negotiations, pricing, and payment terms. • Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction. 3. Team & Channel Management • Lead and support a sales team (if applicable). • Collaborate with distributors and agents to drive market penetration. • Train partners and clients on product applications and benefits. • Monitor distributor performance against company KPIs. 4. Reporting & Compliance • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for senior management. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipelines.
