Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new lighting project opportunities within assigned territories, focusing on high-value projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key architects, designers, contractors, and end-users to influence lighting specifications.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals, showcasing the unique benefits and value of our lighting solutions.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the lighting industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive sales experience in the lighting industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong understanding of lighting technologies, including LED, and their applications in various commercial and residential settings.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
