Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team to exceed targets.



Key Responsibilities



Leadership & Team Management




Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise sales representatives.

Set clear sales goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.

Organize weekly and monthly sales meetings to review progress and strategies.



Sales Strategy & Execution




Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet company targets.

Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.

Analyze sales data to forecast trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Client Relationship Management




Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Oversee negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction.

Handle escalated client issues professionally and efficiently.



Performance & Reporting




Track KPIs and prepare regular sales performance reports for management.

Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies and industry regulations.



Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master s is a plus).

Minimum 5 years of sales experience, and 2 years as manager

Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
