Roles & Responsibilities



Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing the company's overall sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and maximizing profitability. You will lead the entire sales department, including sales supervisors and representatives, and will be accountable for the team's performance. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep experience in the Lebanese FMCG market and a proven ability to lead a sales function to success.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and drives market expansion.


Lead, manage, and mentor the entire sales department, including the Sales Supervisor(s), setting a culture of success and ongoing development.


Prepare and manage the annual sales budget, forecasts, and P&L for the department, ensuring all activities are cost-effective.


Define and oversee sales targets and performance metrics for all channels, including wholesale and HORECA.


Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new growth opportunities.


Personally cultivate and manage relationships with the company's most strategic, high-value clients and partners.


Lead key contract negotiations and approve major deals.


Provide detailed and accurate sales reports and presentations to senior management on performance, market intelligence, and strategy.


Collaborate closely with other department heads (Marketing, Procurement, Finance) to ensure a cohesive commercial approach.


Qualifications and Requirements:


Bachelor's or Master s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-4 years in a sales management position within the Lebanese FMCG or F&B distribution industry.


Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies that deliver significant revenue growth.


Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.


Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.


Expert-level negotiation and presentation skills.


In-depth, strategic understanding of the Lebanese market, distribution channels, and competitive landscape.


Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
