Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.

Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and promotional activities.


Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role (minimum 5 years).

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and develop strategic action plans.

Proficiency in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
