Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets.
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance and target for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align sales campaigns with market trends.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  • Track industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of market demands.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, reports, and budgets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager At least 4 years
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs
    Competency:
  • Leadership and team management ability
  • Excellent in Strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English
