Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Drive new logo acquisition across mid to large enterprises in the UAE & KSA region.
- Account Management: Build and expand long-term relationships with CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, and other senior stakeholders.
- End-to-End Sales Ownership: Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation, solution pitching, negotiation, to contract closure.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and forecast sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to align solutions to client needs.
- Industry Expertise: Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and CXO roundtables.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in Analytics, SaaS, or IT Consulting Sales, preferably in the UAE.
- Must be based in Dubai with a strong understanding of the regional enterprise landscape.
- Proven experience in hunting and farming enterprise accounts with a consultative selling approach.
- Existing relationships with CIOs, CDOs, CTOs is preferred.
- Skilled in using CRM tools for pipeline and opportunity tracking.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
