As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales manager to join our team Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the retail distribution and Horeca sectors. • Create and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth within assigned accounts • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities in line with company objectives. • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and take proactive measures. • Coordinate closely with internal teams, to ensure excellent service delivery. • Monitor account performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management. • Ensure timely resolution of customer queries, complaints, and service issues. • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and best practices in

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales within the UAE FMCG Food industry.
Understanding of cost, profit and Margin structure
• Proven track record in building strategic customer relationships and delivering sales targets. • Strong knowledge of UAE retail channels, distribution networks, Horeca channels and trade dynamics. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage.
Result oriented
Arabic or Dual Language would be preferred
