Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Emerald City Properties L.L.C is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our high-performance real estate sales team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, optimizing team performance, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, and a passion for motivating and mentoring brokers in a commission-only environment.


-Lead, manage, and mentor a team of commission-based real estate brokers.

-Develop and implement clear KPIs, performance tracking systems, and weekly reporting structures.
-Drive sales targets and ensure consistent deal flow across residential and commercial portfolios.
-Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions to enhance broker productivity.
-Recruit, onboard, and train new brokers with a focus on motivation, accountability, and compliance.
-Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with company objectives.
-Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
-Ensure all transactions comply with Dubai real estate laws and company policies.
-Support brokers in negotiations, documentation, and closing high-value deals.
-Maintain a strong pipeline and oversee CRM usage to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.

Desired Candidate Profile

-Proven experience as a Sales Manager in Dubai’s real estate sector.

-Strong leadership and team development skills, especially in performance-based environments.
-Deep understanding of Dubai real estate laws, RERA regulations, and transaction processes.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to inspire and drive results from a commission-only sales team.
-Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution.
-Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
-RERA certification preferred
