Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

- Strategic Market Expansion: Develop and execute sales plans targeting key sectors such as Oil & Gas manufacturers, Fire Fighting System suppliers, Healthcare, and Hydrogen storage.

- Lead the Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting new leads and delivering technical presentations to negotiating high-value contracts and closing deals.

- Key Account Management: Maintain and grow long-term partnerships with existing industrial gas distributors, OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contractors.

-Technical Sales Support: Provide expert guidance on product benefits, cylinder applications, and the safe handling of specialty gases (e.g., Helium, Hydrogen).

- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all sales and handling processes strictly adhere to regulatory standards and safety guidelines relevant to high-pressure equipment.

-Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, industry trends (such as Carbon Capture developments), and market shifts to refine competitive positioning.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely product deliveries and address customer technical queries.

- Financial & Performance Reporting: Achieve monthly/quarterly Key performance Indicators, prepare detailed sales forecasts, and manage the collection of payments to maintain a healthy accounts receivable cycle.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP C4C) to track leads and analyze sales data
