Position Overview
Accor is seeking a Sales Manager to join its team in Dubai. The role is focused on driving sales performance, managing client relationships, and supporting the execution of strategic sales initiatives. The position requires strong communication and leadership skills, as well as a proven record of achieving sales targets within a competitive hospitality environment.

Core Duties

* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
* Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
* Identify new business opportunities and expand the existing client portfolio
* Deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends to guide sales strategies
* Provide mentorship and coaching to junior sales team members
* Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry gatherings
* Generate detailed reports, forecasts, and updates for senior management
* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery to clients
* Handle client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and hospitality trends

Candidate Profile

* Bachelor s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
* 3 5 years of sales experience, with managerial or supervisory background preferred
* Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Strong knowledge of sales methods, principles, and negotiation techniques
* Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and ideally Opera PMS
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
* Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
* Willingness to travel for meetings, events, and client engagements
