Roles & Responsibilities

  • Job Summary:
    Responsible for leading and developing the sales team to achieve business growth in the Horeca sector. Ensures strong relationships with key clients, drives sales strategies, and identifies new business opportunities.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales plans targeting the Horeca market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, and catering companies.
  • Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Identify new opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years and up to 7 years of proven sales experience within the Horeca or foodservice industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of the Horeca market, including customer segments and industry trends.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
