Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets in global markets
Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with industrial clients
Manage and expand existing customer accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to anticipate industry trends
Lead negotiations, pricing strategies, and sales agreements
Collaborate with cross-functional departments including logistics, finance, and compliance
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and international regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 10 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the chemical or industrial raw materials sector
Strong knowledge of global trade practices and industrial chemical markets
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to develop high-value client relationships and close complex deals
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a sales team
Bachelor s degree in Business, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
