� Your Mission
Own the entire student acquisition funnel — from lead to enrolled student. You’ll design the system, track the pipeline, manage the team, and close students yourself. If you love building sales systems, coaching others, and hitting targets — this is your dream role.

� Your Responsibilities
� Lead & Manage the Funnel:
- Own the admissions pipeline from lead → booked call → follow-up → closed student.
- Build a streamlined CRM system and dashboard to track daily/weekly KPIs.
- Set clear sales targets and hold the team accountable (Zoom Session, Phone Agents).
- Monitor daily activities and follow-ups, ensuring no lead is left behind.
� Train & Coach the Team:
- Lead brief daily check-ins and weekly reviews.
- Train team members on how to better qualify, follow up, and close leads.
- Improve scripts, objection handling, and follow-up strategies.
� Close Leads Directly:
- Join or take key Zoom calls for hot leads.
- Convert qualified leads directly via follow-up or scheduled calls.
- Handle objections and guide students toward enrollment confidently.

✅ Who You Are
- You’ve managed or built a sales pipeline before — preferably in education or service businesses.
- You love data, KPIs, and accountability.
- You’re comfortable closing sales directly, while also coaching others to close.
- You can build systems, not just follow them.
- You’re a proactive leader, not a passive team member.
Desired Candidate Profile
� Bonus If You Have:
- Experience with education/coding bootcamps.
- Strong English communication and objection handling.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Close, Notion, Trello, etc.).
- Proven track record of exceeding enrollment goals.
� Work Schedule & Flexibility
- Flexible Shift (Remote): but must overlap with team 10 AM–2:30 PM or 7 PM–11:30 PM (GMT+3 / Jordan Time).
- Part-Time: 50-100 hours/month (4.5 hours/day).
- Expected to join team calls, coach, and follow up regularly.
