Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Bosco Variety Group is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our branch operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service within our Glass, Aluminum Profiles, and Hardware Accessories division. We accept applications only from candidates who have experience in aluminium hardware industries.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role.
• Background in the Glass, Aluminum, or Hardware Accessories industry is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to drive sales and meet business targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field is an advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in same field, preferably in building materials, trading, or related industries Strong communication and negotiation skills, Proven track record of achieving sales targets Familiarity with UAE market and local customer base, Valid UAE driving license is highly preferred Proactive, self-driven, and target-oriented attitude, Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Multilingual skills (especially English, Arabic, Hindi/Urdu) are an advantage.
