Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to oversee and
drive sales performance through our exclusive brokerage partner. This role is
pivotal in aligning internal objectives with external sales execution, managing
unit pricing and inventory release, and ensuring the successful delivery of
sales strategies for premium residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the developer and the exclusive
    brokerage partner.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies, pricing structures, and inventory
    release plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Manage the approval cycles for unit pricing, discounts, and promotions.
  • Ensure alignment between internal stakeholders and external brokers to maintain a
    seamless sales process.
  • Drive daily decision-making, updates, and communications to ensure momentum
    throughout the sales cycle.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and actionable
    insights to senior management.
  • Support the broker in addressing market trends, challenges, and opportunities to
    maximize sales outcomes.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the local real estate market and competitive
    landscape.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master s degree
    preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with a developer or
    brokerage in the UAE market.
  • Strong knowledge of off-plan sales and luxury residential projects.
  • Proven experience in managing relationships with brokers and external partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make strategic decisions quickly.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
