Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager (Hunter) with a proven track record in business development and new client acquisition within the staffing/recruitment industry. This role is ideal for ambitious professionals who are passionate about building new business, expanding into untapped markets, and driving revenue growth in a competitive environment.
The role requires a hunter mindsetopening new doors, acquiring new logos, and developing long-term client relationships while ensuring smooth execution through internal delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities across UAE and GCC markets.
- Build a strong pipeline focusing on new logo acquisition and first-time clients.
- Prospect and network with decision-makers and C-level stakeholders.
- Present tailored staffing and outsourcing solutions to drive revenue growth.
Client Relationship Management
- Build consultative relationships with new clients, ensuring credibility and long-term value.
- Act as the first point of contact for newly acquired clients, ensuring seamless handover to delivery teams.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute targeted sales plans aligned with revenue goals.
- Track performance against KPIs and share regular pipeline/forecast reports.
- Share competitive insights and client feedback to refine go-to-market strategy.
Proposal & Negotiation
- Prepare and present customized proposals and workforce solutions.
- Negotiate commercials and contracts with a win-win approach.
- Drive deals to closure within agreed sales cycles.
Market Intelligence & Positioning
- Stay updated on staffing/recruitment industry trends and GCC labor regulations.
- Position the company as a market leader by offering insights on workforce planning, compensation, and recruitment best practices.
Collaboration & Delivery Alignment
- Work closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Partner with leadership in pipeline reviews and strategy discussions.
Job Requirements
Education
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Professional Experience
- 5 to 7 years of sales hunter experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions (mandatory).
- Proven success in acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
- Strong experience in B2B solution selling within UAE/GCC (preferred).
Industry Expertise
- In-depth knowledge of contract staffing, professional recruitment, outsourcing, or managed workforce solutions.
- Experience working with multinationals, corporates, and fast-growing enterprises.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong lead generation, pitching, and closing abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building with C-level executives.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial, target-driven approach with ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline management.
