Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share growth within the iGaming/online betting sector.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and performance evaluations to drive individual and team success.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key partners, affiliates, and industry stakeholders to expand market reach and generate new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and sales strategy optimization.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, lead generation, and conversion rates to maximize revenue generation.
- Negotiate and close complex deals with high-value clients, demonstrating a strong understanding of commercial terms and legal requirements.
- Monitor and control sales budgets, expenses, and profitability, ensuring efficient resource allocation and return on investment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements within the iGaming/online betting industry.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales/Key account Management/Business Development.
- Possesses a bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; master's degree is a plus.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of the iGaming landscape, including regulations, market dynamics, and key players.
- Exhibits strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales professionals.
- Demonstrates proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possesses excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Demonstrates experience in managing sales budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
- Possesses a proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
