Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve HORECA sales targets within the assigned territory, focusing on both volume and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, and catering companies, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HORECA sector, actively seeking out and securing new accounts to expand market share.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure they meet their individual and team targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing insights to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of the products or services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms while maximizing profitability for the company.
- Monitor sales performance against targets, analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Possesses a minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience within the HORECA industry, demonstrating a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Demonstrates fluency in both written and spoken Arabic is mandatory, enabling effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Exhibits a deep understanding of the HORECA market dynamics, including customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Possesses strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers effectively.
