The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategies, and driving revenue growth across all branches. This role ensures strong client relationships, performance tracking, and market expansion.
Key Accountabilities
The position involves:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth across all branches.

Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring targets are met and performance is optimized.

Build strong relationships with key clients and negotiate major deals.

Analyze sales data, forecast trends, and recommend improvements.

Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align efforts and support new product launches.

Identify new market opportunities and ensure the team is equipped to meet customer needs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in sales management with strong leadership abilities.

Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Excellent communication and team management capabilities.

Willingness to travel as needed.
