Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Managing contracts with clients and following up with them until the contract is executed.
  • Strategically managing the team in line with the company's policies and vision by developing appropriate plans to achieve targets.
  • Monitoring employees and ensuring there are no issues hindering the workflow.
  • Setting the route plans for coordinators and sales representatives, and ensuring implementation by the team.
  • Following up on invoice collections from clients according to the dates specified in the contracts.
  • Conducting field visits to monitor and guide coordinators and sales representatives.
  • Monitoring sales performance, analyzing variances, identifying causes, and working on solutions.
  • Coordinating with the accounting department to manage invoices and verify their accuracy.
  • Preparing and regularly updating reports related to coordinators and sales representatives for each product.
  • Ensuring monthly inventory checks of products at the branches through the coordinators.
  • Following up with clients regarding price lists and updating them based on product changes.
  • Managing customer returns and deciding on the appropriate course of action.
  • Supervising the recruitment and selection of qualified personnel, as well as providing necessary training and motivation to staff.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • BSc/BA in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Proven 5 year's experience in FMCG (Food & Beverages sector)
  • Proficiency in using Odoo system and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong employee management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to make decisions and provide effective solutions to various problems.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective task delegation.
  • Excellent communication skills with team members and other departments.
