Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong technical background in the construction industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by developing new clients, managing key accounts, and aligning customer requirements with the company’s construction solutions. This role serves as a critical link between customers, consultants, and internal technical teams to ensure successful sales closure and long-term client relationships.
Sales & Business Development
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the construction sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, key accounts, and emerging markets.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to proposal submission and deal closure.
Technical Sales & Client Engagement
• Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution briefings to clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Analyze client requirements and propose tailored construction solutions aligned with technical and commercial expectations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
Client & Consultant Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Support negotiations, contract discussions, and commercial finalization in coordination with management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with estimation, engineering, and operations teams to ensure accurate proposals, costing, and smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align sales commitments with operational capabilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration (MBA is an added advantage).
Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales / business development within the construction or contracting industry.
Strong technical understanding of construction solutions, project execution, and estimation concepts. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
Experience in handling clients, consultants, and key stakeholders, including negotiations and contract finalization.
