Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, leveraging existing relationships and acquiring new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals and market trends.
- Lead high-level client negotiations, build long-term partnerships, and maintain strong client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business leads, partnerships, and enterprise opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to ensure consistent service delivery and value creation.
- Mentor and develop junior sales team members when applicable.
- Researching competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions.
- Keeping abreast of the latest industry developments by attending meetings, training workshops, and industry events.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 10 years of corporate sales or business development experience.
- Strong network of existing corporate clients and proven ability to close enterprise deals.
- Demonstrated success in business leadership, strategic sales planning, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in structured, high-performance corporate environments.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a strong advantage
