Summary:
As a Sales Manager Cards, you will be responsible for leading telesales and field sales teams, defining sales targets, developing strategic campaigns, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. This role requires a proactive approach to driving card acquisition and achieving business goals.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage telesales and field sales teams focused on card acquisition.
Define sales targets, monitor team performance, and ensure achievement of business objectives.
Develop and execute strategic sales campaigns, promotions, and partnership initiatives.
Identify gaps in performance and implement training and performance improvement plans.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to support end-to-end acquisition processes.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking roles, specifically in sales management with a focus on credit/debit card acquisition.
Strong operational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide large teams.
Deep knowledge of sales tools, CRM platforms, and performance tracking.
Goal-oriented, proactive, and experienced in working under pressure to meet targets.
Proven experience in leading telesales or direct sales teams in the banking or financial services sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
