Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key corporate clients.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales tactics and product positioning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and long-term partnerships.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, leveraging data and feedback for optimization.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in all sales activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience at a managerial or mid-level position within a sales organization.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian business landscape and B2B market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.
  • Experience managing and motivating sales teams to exceed performance goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Willingness to work onsite and travel as required for client meetings and events.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
