Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This role is a pivotal position working with both Sales & Operations teams to facilitate efficient order processing and fulfilment while providing additional customer management and support.
Prepare & update Orders' Planned Production/Dispatch reports,Follow-up with Sale team, clients, Forwarders, & Custom clearance agents for deliveries locally and, outside the country,Prepare Shipping Documents & related certificates,Report Production/Delivery service level periodically,Prepare the Measurement reports for scoring quality level ISO 9001 ,Assist whenever needed there is extra requirement/tasks from all departments: Sales, Purchase/Logistic, Operations/Production & the Group top Management.
Prepare Company's official Applications, and, documentations for civil defence and other government authorities Prepare operation report as request (service tracker, planning control sheet, Monthly Measurement identification sheet)
University degree and 1 to 3-years experience, or a bachelor s degree
Driving license
Arabic and English fluency
Microsoft office
