Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound/warm leads quickly; qualify motivation, condition, timeline, and price.
  • Book appointments for closers; send confirmations and reminders to minimize no-shows.
  • Record all calls, outcomes, and notes in CRM with accurate tagging and status updates.
  • Re-engage stalled leads through Not Interested & Rehash follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with Cold Callers and Acquisitions to improve show and close rates.
  • Trigger compliant SMS/email follow-ups; reschedule missed appointments promptly.
  • Identify stuck deals daily, propose solutions, and escalate blockers.
  • Provide daily/weekly reporting on key metrics (set show offer contract).
