Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To develop business plans, sales process, and strategy for the market that ensures attainment of the company's sales goals and profitability.
  • Will be responsible for personal major accounts and sales.
  • Work closely with the Operations and Sales Manager.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, market analysis, and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and expand market share in the lubricants industry.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans.
  • Oversee the development and management of the sales budget, forecasting sales revenue, and controlling expenses to maximize profitability and return on investment.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, goal setting, objection handling, closing, referral development, and other sales training.
  • Conduct one-on-one reviews with all Sales Representatives to build effective communication, understand development needs, and provide insight for improved sales performance.
  • Provide timely reports & feedback to senior management regarding performance, achievements, goals and future plans.
  • Develop clients internationally and travel as & when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication in English, both written & spoken (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in sales and marketing within the lubricants industries, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of lubricant products, and market dynamics, including knowledge of automotive, industrial, and marine sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a sales team, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Should have good clients from GCC, CIS, MENA, Africa & Europe.
  • Should have basic technical formulation knowledge of lubricant products.
