▪ Strategic Planning: Establishing goals, annual and long-term in line with the objectives of the
organization. Developing business plans for the achievement of these goals in line with market
trends, forecasts, consumer insights, planning. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to
ensure effectiveness of the business plan in terms of volume, cost. Developing short-term
and long-term budgets required to deliver plan.
▪ Business Development, Sales & Marketing: Leading business development for growth of
the organization. Driving market research, competitor analysis. Exploring and identifying
business potential, opportunities to secure and scale profitable business. Creating need for
Value Added Products. Acquiring & developing new customers. Negotiating contracts, driving
sales initiatives with complete ownership to achieve business goals. Managing end-to-end
sales, from Leads-contracts-hedging-sales-cash-feedback.
▪ Customer Relationship Management: Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery
timelines and contractual obligations. Nurturing them to be organization’s most premium &
sustainable customers. Being voice of customer, making feedbacks of customer into a
solution, solving customer’s issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Building and
maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers. Ensuring efficient marketing
communications.
▪ Consultative Selling: Identifying and providing solutions to a customer's needs with focus on
solving customer’s issues building long-term relationship.
▪ Incremental value: Developed solutions which brings incremental value adding on brand
image and bottom line.
▪ Adherences & Compliances: Ensuring sustainable practices. Adherence to guidelines and
SOPs, SOAs.
▪ International Trade: Understanding of businesses across geographies. Understanding of
exports, trade barriers, international dynamics, financial instruments, incoterms.
▪ Policy advocacy: Worked with utilities, private customers towards incorporating progressive, future-looking valued added products, developmental policies.
▪ Risk & financial Analysis: Identifying and managing potential risks relating to contract
agreements across customers/channels, financial status, hedging, relating to trading indices
such as London Metal Exchange, Forex, Treasury.
▪ Business value networks, Channel Management: Identifying, sustaining correct business
networks to penetrate markets. Providing training & direction for ensuring quality performance.
Collaborated with customers and business associates in North America, Africa, East Europe & CIS.
▪ Contract Management, Techno-Commercial skills, Project management: Leading
execution of contract and its management. Delivering as per timelines, milestones. Managing
multi-disciplinary teams to deliver contractual obligations. Leading techno-commercial
discussions internally and externally.
▪ People Management: Coordinating internally with stakeholders (operations, supply chain,
finance, quality) to deliver desired results. Coaching, motivating, and developing direct and
indirect subordinates. Fostering trust and transparency between teams to enhance
effectiveness. Promoting right practices which are high on moral and sustainable. Living core
values of safety and integrity.
