Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by actively seeking new business opportunities and closing deals with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within a defined territory or market segment.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, tracking progress against targets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in Food Industry.
- Valid UAE Driving License is must.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and both written and spoken.
