Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Incoming Requests: Receive inquiries from partner travel agents and direct B2C customers, ensuring all requirements are clearly understood.
  • Prepare Tailor-Made Quotations: Create customized travel quotations using the company s internal software, ensuring the proposal matches the client s preferences, budget, and expectations.
  • Client Communication & Package Revisions: Communicate directly with clients to revise, adjust, and refine itinerary proposals until they are fully satisfied with the package.
  • Pipeline Management & Follow-Ups: Conduct consistent follow-ups with clients throughout the sales process to maximize conversions and ensure smooth communication at every stage.
  • Payment Follow-Up: Track payment deadlines, send reminders, and ensure all required deposits and balances are received on time.
  • Create Ready-Made Packages: Develop pre-designed travel packages and promotional offers to distribute to partner travel agencies.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Executive to handle B2B (partner travel agencies) and B2C client inquiries. The ideal candidate should be organized, customer-focused, and able to manage the full sales pipeline from request to closing.

  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • A strong sales mindset with the ability to understand customer needs, upsell when appropriate, and close deals effectively
  • Ability and willingness to grow, learn, and adapt within a fast-expanding company
  • Ability to work with CRM systems and quotation software (training provided)
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer literacy
