Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose

To develop, manage, and grow sales of Domestic / Commercial Pump products in the assigned market segment, ensuring achievement of sales targets, customer satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Promote and sell LEO Pump products (surface pumps, submersible pumps, booster systems, etc.) to distributors, dealers, contractors, and end-users.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the domestic, commercial, and industrial pump markets.
  • Prepare and submit sales quotations, proposals, and technical offers in line with customer requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within company guidelines.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure repeat business and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Provide technical product presentations and demonstrations to clients.

3. Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Provide feedback to management on market demands, pricing, and product improvements.

4. Sales Administration

  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and activity reports.
  • Ensure timely payment collection and adherence to credit policies.

5. Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams (logistics, technical service, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and trade shows.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in pump sales or related products (water pumps, HVAC, plumbing, MEP equipment).
  • Strong technical understanding of pumping systems and applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP
  • Valid UAE driving license (if role is UAE-based).
  • KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain required gross margin levels.
  • Expand customer base and increase market penetration.
  • Timely collection of receivables.
