Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share, focusing on data-driven decision-making.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities, emphasizing a consultative sales approach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients(IMPORTERS) and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Lead and mentor a sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance management to drive individual and team success, focusing on skill development.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Possess 2-5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
Demonstrated experience in the [Relevant Industry] industry, with a strong understanding of its products, services, and market.
