Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve lubricant oil sales targets within assigned territory, focusing on key accounts and market segments.
- Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries, including automotive, manufacturing, and construction.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and value proposition of lubricant oil products to potential clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with both new and existing customers.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers on lubricant oil selection, application, and usage.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Possess relevant certifications in sales or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in lubricant oil sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Prior experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or construction industries is highly desirable.
- Candidate should be a citizen of the country where the role is based or have the necessary work permits.
