Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the surveying and mapping industry, with a focus on geophysical, aerial, and hydrography sectors. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the surveying and mapping industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
Client Management:
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales within the surveying and mapping industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Valid Saudi driving license is a must.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of geophysical, aerial, and hydrography surveying techniques.
- Familiarity with the latest industry technologies and trends.
- Experience in sales activities of survey projects and construction tenders.
- Experience in the Saudi market is a plus.
