Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the food packaging industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our range of packaging products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets in the food packaging sector. Identify and acquire new customers across food manufacturers, distributors, and packaging converters.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, meetings, and support. Understand customer needs and propose appropriate packaging solutions (plastic, paper, flexible, etc.).

Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals in line with company policies. Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order delivery and customer satisfaction.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.

Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM or internal systems. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events to promote the company’s products.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in food packaging, FMCG packaging, or related industries. Strong knowledge of packaging materials, formats, and production processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Valid UAEdriving license

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience selling to food manufacturers, restaurants, or co-packers. Understanding of sustainable and innovative packaging solutions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
