Roles & Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop new business opportunities for engineering plastic sheets in the UAE and GCC region.
- Visit industrial clients, distributors, and fabricators to promote HDPE, PTFE, PVDF, PEEK, ABS, and PVC sheets.
- Identify high-potential customers and convert leads into sustainable business.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
Client & Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Understand client requirements, applications, and technical needs to recommend suitable products.
- Provide timely sales support, after-sales coordination, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct competitive analysis and study market trends in UAE/GCC industrial plastics.
- Suggest strategies to increase market reach and product penetration.
- Assist management in planning promotions, pricing, and product positioning.
Internal Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with logistics, operations, and warehouse teams for timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline reports, and customer feedback.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and exhibitions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience & Technical Knowledge
- 3–10+ years of sales experience in engineering plastics, industrial raw materials, or polymer products.
- Hands-on experience selling any of the following products:
HDPE / PTFE / PVDF / PEEK / ABS / PVC sheets. - Strong understanding of product applications such as fabrication, machining, chemical resistance, electrical insulation, etc.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to develop relationships with industrial clients and key decision makers.
- Confident in technical discussions about material properties and industrial applications.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets in a competitive market.
Education & Other Requirements
- Graduate in Engineering, Science, or Commerce (preferred but not mandatory).
- Candidates must currently be working in India in a similar industry.
- Willingness to relocate to the UAE (visa assistance provided).
- UAE/GCC experience is an added advantage but not compulsory.
- Valid Indian passport.
