Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Convert marketing-generated leads into active clients.
  • Target and acquire fleet customers requiring automotive and recovery services.
  • Promote Rafid’s portfolio across Auto-Inspection, Auto-Maintenance, Roadside Assistance, and Traffic Solutions.
  • Deliver tailored sales presentations based on client needs and service data.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and activities in the CRM system.
  • Track pipeline progress and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the company in customer-facing activations and events.
  • Provide field insights to Marketing and internal teams.
  • Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities where applicable.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, with strong exposure to fleet customers.
  • Must have proven experience in fleet sales, preferably within Recovery services or automotive service solutions.
  • Strong understanding of fleet customer needs and decision-making processes.
  • Solid knowledge of sales pipelines, lead conversion techniques, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong relationship-building ability and customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work towards revenue targets with discipline and accountability.
  • Professional presentation skills and ability to engage senior decision-makers.
