Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and messages daily to potential clients
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, WhatsApp outreach, referrals, and online platforms
  • Convert leads into confirmed sales with strong follow-up and persuasive communication
  • Promote our product range: scaffolding systems, fasteners, ERW pipes/tubes, and merchant bars
  • Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
  • Provide regular updates on lead status, conversion rates, and market feedback

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Freshers are welcome; prior sales experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM tools is a bonus
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
