Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across leisure, corporate, and group segments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new accounts.
  • Conduct sales calls, property tours, and client meetings to showcase the hotel s offerings.
  • Prepare and send proposals, contracts, and follow-up communications to secure bookings.
  • Support in the planning and execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales and brand messaging.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate client records, sales activities, and reports in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Reservations, and Revenue teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Represent the hotel professionally at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Uphold SO/ brand standards in all client interactions, presentations, and communications.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

  • Previous experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury or lifestyle hotels.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Professional appearance and alignment with SO/ brand personality bold, confident, and stylish.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM/sales systems.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, attend events, and travel when required.
