Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our local team. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to lead generation and client relationship management, and a passion for selling technology solutions and services. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities through cold calls, referrals, and inbound leads.

Promote and sell company solutions (ERP / IT services and products) to new and existing clients.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos tailored to client needs.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Negotiate terms and close agreements to maximize revenue.

Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategy.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

2 to 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT, ERP, or SaaS.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of the local market and business culture.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Odoo, Salesforce, Zoho).

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

Experience selling ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Familiarity with government or enterprise procurement processes.

Understanding of digital transformation trends and business workflows.
