Roles & Responsibilities

Job Brief:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Beirut, Lebanon. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our facility management services, including maintenance, cleaning, and technical support solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an ability to build long-term client relationships, and a proven track record in sales within the services or facility management sector.


Key Responsibilities:


> Identify and develop new business opportunities for facility management services in Lebanon.


> Generate leads through networking, cold calling, client visits, and industry events.


> Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to prospective clients.


> Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.


> Understand client needs and recommend appropriate facility management solutions (maintenance, cleaning, etc.).


> Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies.


> Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.


> Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


> Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions using CRM tools.


> Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments in facility management.


Job Requirements:


> Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


> Proven experience (3 5 years) in sales, preferably in facility management, real estate services, or a related service industry.


> Strong knowledge of facility management services (cleaning, maintenance, MEP, landscaping, etc.) is an advantage.


> Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


> Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.


> Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.


> Good command of English and Arabic (French is a plus).


> Valid Lebanese driving license and willingness to travel within Lebanon.
