Roles & Responsibilities

We are a leading company specializing in high-quality hotel and restaurant equipment, including pizza ovens, ice makers, and refrigeration rooms. We re seeking passionate, fresh graduates to join our dynamic sales team and drive our growth with creativity and energy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with clients (hotels, restaurants, cafes) to promote and sell our premium equipment.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the hospitality sector.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits through compelling presentations and hands-on demos.
  • Negotiate deals, close sales, and achieve monthly targets with a flair for persuasion.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events with charisma and confidence.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Fresh graduate (bachelor s degree in any field, preferably business, marketing, or hospitality).
  • Resides in or near Mohandessin to ensure proximity to our client base and office.
  • Natural sales talent with a passion for closing deals and exceeding targets.
  • Charismatic communicator, skilled in building rapport with diverse clients (male or female).
  • Creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, competitive environments.
  • High energy, self-motivation, and a positive attitude to tackle challenges.
  • Ability to learn quickly about technical products (e.g., pizza ovens, ice makers, refrigeration units).
  • Comfortable with fieldwork, client visits, and occasional evening/weekend events.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools (or willingness to learn).
  • Fluency in Arabic and good command of English (written and spoken).
