Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
- You will have proven experience gained in proactive sales environment within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Proactively support sales efforts to secure business across leisure, MICE, corporate, government entities and luxury group segments.
- Commercially focused with good knowledge of local trends and competitor activity.
- You will have excellent organization skills with the ability to priorities and adapt to changing priorities.
- Acts as brand ambassador for Four Seasons Resorts always promoting a professional image.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel advisors, tour operators, DMCs, and corporate partners.
- Participate in trade shows, roadshows, client events, and sales missions to generate leads and brand awareness.
- Assist the Cluster operation in performing day-to-day proactive sales and take responsibility for new business development including new contracts through personal and consistent sales services.
- Maintains a detailed knowledge of resorts facilities, features and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing and PR teams to align messaging, promotions, and property positioning in the global luxury market.
- Assist with the full sales process including prospecting, contracting and account management.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, competitor analysis, and performance metrics to leadership.
- Support the pre-opening phase by contributing to database development, system configuration and market launch activities.
- Work closely with Revenue Management and Reservations to ensure optimal rate strategies and availability.
- Represent the resort in a professional and engaging manner aligned with the Four Seasons brand.
What You Bring:
- A degree or diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a luxury resort environment.
- Knowledge of the GCC, European or global luxury travel markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with sales systems such as Delphi or Opera Sales & Catering.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets while building long-term client relationships.
- Hands on attitude to getting things done Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Canva (desirable)
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is desirable
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English is required; Arabic and other languages are a plus.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicate cross-functionally, and coordinate sales efforts with various departments is essential.
- Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
