Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) clients.
- Promote and sell meat processing products to existing and potential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion strategies.
- Implement and execute modern sales and marketing techniques to achieve sales targets.
- Provide timely feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional communication and service.
- Work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales within the HORECA market.
- Prior background or product knowledge in meat processing or food products.
- Strong understanding of modern marketing and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with good, clear, and audible English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a sales team.
- Resilient under pressure with a target-driven approach.
Preferred Skills
- Existing client network in the HORECA sector.
- Knowledge of meat product handling and specifications.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
