Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email Promote company products and services to potential customers Generate leads, follow up regularly, and convert leads into sales Maintain customer records and update sales reports Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in sales (indoor or outdoor sales) Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory Malayalam speaking candidates are highly preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, CRM tools) Sales experience in water treatment, services, or related industries is an advantage Immediate joiners preferred
