Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate Off-plan / Primary / Secondary Sales
  • Generate and Follow up on leads.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by understanding their real estate needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
  • Effectively communicate with clients to ensure a clear understanding of property options and the sales process.
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiations
  • Excellent Negotiation and Closing skills
  • Thorough understanding of DLD and RERA Regulations

Desired Candidate Profile

  • MIN 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN OFF-PLAN/PRIMARY/SECONDARY SALES
  • ATTRACTIVE COMMISSIONS
  • FLUENT in ENGLISH and other languages.
  • MUST HAVE A DRIVING LICENSE.
  • MUST HAVE A BACHELOR'S DEGREE.
